Woo ahri nerfs! Nemesis should be fun for a few games until it becomes poppy, urgot, taric, zac, trundle every single game.
You had better not be giving people poppy. Poppy will be a monster - the other team won't be good enough to keep her down in her weak early game, so she gets to her out of control late game.

Top lane Fizz isn't really that good I think. I was just having problems as Nasus because he seems to counter the crap out of Nasus early. Nasus's animations are too slow, so he can troll pole around Q. It is not fun.
i don't completely believe in the speculation of Reddit on invisible numbers that they have no access to... but if they are correct, my guess is that Riot re-synced up the division-tier MMRs with the soft reset. Since this reset was apparently very soft and that means that Eloflation was not completely negated, which means that every tier above Silver II had a 5-10 MMR increase. All the way up to Plat IV... probably results in
Its not clamping, but a lot of people on reddit are claiming that something crazy happened with lp gains over the last day or so. Not sure what happened.
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL COW
heh - oh no that was just a joke based on me fping trist, deciding to go top, and being up against an irelia. Not my best plan ever. I do feel like her mid game is a bit stronger as well.
Yes, pacov declared that he knew some secret about top lane Tristana as we were asking him not to play Trist top. Long story short - there was a fed Irelia running all over the map.
Looking over the leagueofgraph trends, I'd say that Tristana's winrate in Gold+ is slightly down, and her Plat+ winrate is fairly significantly down. It looks like she got hit fairly hard against competent players as predicted, although I suppose its always possible somebody will figure out better ways to play her. Ahri was overbuffed and needs to be banned.
Azir has steadily worked his way up to a 45% banrate at Platinum+ play, but he has leveled off since the last patch. http://www.leagueofgraphs.com/champions/stats/azir/platinum
That's actually a good point. You might be able to justify a slower curve mid if you also take TP. Of course then you really aren't going to be killing your opponent, but you do have the map presence while still being able to farm it up.
I am tempted to learn an assassin or two just so I can play the game at the current diamond meta without feeling like I am doing my team a disservice by picking a farming, immobile champion who doesn't peak until mid->late game (if I can even get there). The alternative is locking in AP malphite every game, I feel I could probably win more game doing that than playing brand or ziggs.
I don't think that its a
Ahri is losing a lot of burst with the removal of DFG and the removal of the 20% damage amplification. She gets a lot of mobility though. Not sure if they are buffs or nerfs.
If you all in, and honestly, who the fuck wouldn't, you're looking at a maximum combined level 2 ability damage of 280 plus bonus AD.
Sure, if you are playing against absolutely terrible players, the new Tristana is probably decent early. But most of us aren't playing against incompetent bot laners every game. Good bot lane opponents aren't going to let the very short range Tristana
My understanding is that Trist actually has a really good level 1/2 (even if it isn't quite as good as Corki/Graves/Lucian, she is probably #4). She just really has a hard time starting ~level 4.
She is only good if you are playing a combo that can all in 2v2 at level 2. As in, she has to be able to jump in and ham it up at 2. Otherwise, she is weak. She has really bad range early and
Great idea reddit! Let's have all the junglers who are so weak that they can't safely clear another camp just run to the middle of the map and chase around a crab in a really inefficient way. The strong junglers (who will be in the samish area looking for first ganks) totally will leave you alone. Trust me, that Lee Sin/Udyr/whatever totally isn't going to kill you if you get seen. This is really inefficient. The camp is in a bad spot sinc
She's Graves with a skill reset, higher range, and better mobility. She's going to be OP as fuck, which is Riot's usual modus operandi anyway.
Um, what? Pretty much everybody thinks that this is a fairly massive nerf to Trist and I agree. She is going to be really bad on this patch. She loses a substantial amount of range and some utility. She also gets a noticeably weaker
SOB - WHAT IS THE CHANGE YOU PISSER?
Patch notes are up. The first machete upgrade is 100 gold more expensive. So going back after 3 camps is not an option any more. You have to do at least 4 camps, which can't be done on a lot of champions without a fairly reasonable leash (unless you start taking weird runes like Lifesteal, which messes you up later).
Yep, the change is in. Don't play weak early junglers in ranked any more. Udyr and Pantheon should be monsters now though. Man thats a terrible change. But I'm pretty sure that I'm going to be able to absolutely murder people with a counterjungling Udyr now.
They are pushing it already? If the jungle item change goes through a lot of junglers simple aren't solo queue viable any more. This includes Hecarim. I think that you simply can't play him in jungle any more if you want to win but can't count on a big leash. I had assumed that they would revert the change on PBE early this week since it was completely insane, especially given Riot's reasoning. If it goes through, the jungle pool probably
You've had 4 people complete their week already, and only one of them (your support) really did very well. So you aren't doing very well so far to be honest. You might technically have the second most points at the moment, but that just happens to be because you have a lot of people play early. A lot of people are going to be catching up as NA players (and people from Elements and EoL) come on board. When keeping track of scores during the week in progress, i
I WAS YELLING "DONT DO THAT BARON" AS I WAS WATCHING YOUR STREAM.
Yeah, I was invested in Roccat. Hunny's 1 player has managed to outscore 3 of my players by quite a bit, which is a great start for me. And he has somebody from Gambit coming up, and I actually think Gambit will be good this split.
In other news, Pacov's fantasy LCS toplaner pulls the first negative score of the season! Luckily, pacov's ADC makes up for it by scoring 3.5 points. PS - Neither of these are good things pacov...
Didn't Riot claim that Duo Queue winrate stats were under 50%? So, in a statistical sense, they are helping you (more likely to be on other team than your team) and they aren't helping themselves. Of course, that is a statistical statement so there are plenty of exceptions (people inappropriately inflated due to duo queueing), but whatever.
NOBODY TELL HUNNY ABOUT PIGLET, IT WILL BE OUR LITTLE SECRET. I am already aware of Kori.
You are matched against a different team each week. In principle, you could do almost nothing all season since there are really no injuries or byes, so you don't need to rotate players if you don't want. Your starters will just remain the same each week. You can choose to be more active once a week or so and look to improve your team by trying to pick up better players though.
