I believe that I have found an old headset that actually works. And actually managed to convince my computer to use it, which was surprising difficult.

Vi is a better jungler than J4 on this patch. They were real close last patch, and J4 took pretty decent hits. The ban approach that I outlined guarantees that we break even with respect to the top 4 bans. We don't face Nid/Liss and we play a J4/Vi jungle matchup. So its a draw. Your idea will force us to play against Liss/Nid sometimes while we don't get a top 4 champion in return, which I don't want to do.
I don't think that it was Cow since I don't think he was happy about the pings. Could have been some weird 1 off bug. J4 isn't as good as Vi or Nid this patch I don't think, but there is a problem where there are 4 must bans (Nid, J4, Vi, and Liss) if we are second pick. So we probably did it wrong in hindsight. Jesus, the repeated nerfs to all junglers are brutal. I honestly think that we are getting to the point that if you can't get one of the top 3 or so junglers, it might be better to go 2/1/2. I believe that the last round of Sona nerfs are getting reverted. Coincidentally just in time for her big skin. Kass also is getting the big nerf. And of course low mobility junglers are getting a pretty solid nerf as well. So thats fun.
Lane swaps really come down to experience. If we do normals where we have control over top and bot lanes we might want to lane swap just to practice it even if it isn't a great idea in terms of matchups.
I think that there is always some learning curve in these things. I agree that in hindsight Morgana didn't really work, but whatever. I'll also probably be changing out of my default jungle pattern when we end up on bot side (I think 5 out of our 6 games so far have been on bot side with only the stomp being top). Yes, I agree. Ranked should be roughly optimal play and I don't think that people should be blamed for wanting that. If people aren't enjoying that for whatever reason at that moment, thats totally fine. We can just go to something else and we can mix things up in a different queue.

The thing about dragon is that it gives you the opportunity to force neutral ground fights (i.e. not under enemy tower) in the early/mid game. This is a very good thing if the enemy team outscales you. So its not so much the buff as it is the opportunity to be forcing something at neutral ground with a team that is stronger at that phase of the game. Last season we didn't really have to worry about getting outscaled much. We generally had Irelia top and WW jungle
