Thanks for trying, really. But I'm done, I uninstalled it and reinstalled Multiplicity 3 and it works like a charm, no problems at all, like it should. Ill try to get a refund but I won't get my hopes up... Thanks again for the help.

Now I am getting this ...
It does it on my primary computer and in the event log I have this;
And I'm getting this error often also when I try to get in, The mouse cursor goes sluggish and I get this.
The secondary computer is an Asus NUC 15 Pro (Desktop). I could let a mouse plugged in but the point of the software is to be able to control my secondary computer without keyboard and mouse.
The "Enable fake pointer" option is on but it still does the same thing. If that is off, but you still have a legit wired mouse plugged into the remote Secondary, does it work then? Sean Drohan Stardock Product Lifecycle Manager
Yes, with a mouse plugged in everything is ok.
Also, did you use the Multiplicity purge tool after the uninstall of Multiplicity ? https://forums.stardock.com/486104/multiplicity-support-faq#reinstalling
Did you try running your router in DMZ? Just to verify if it's not a internal firewall problem?
Hi, I am struggling with Multiplicity 4 Pro. FYI, this problem never happened on Multiplicity 3 KVM. The mouse pointer (without a mice plugged in the secondary computer) will not appear, I have to close the window and re-open the KVM connection again for it to appear. The "Enable fake pointer" option is on but it still does the same thing. Both pc's are on Windows 11 pro 25H2 (it did the same thi
Thanks for the quick response but I managed to fix it. I uninstalled both with Revo Uninstaller Pro, reinstalled everything, changed the key and all is now good. Thanks
Hi, I just replaced my secondary pc and I'm having issues with multiplicity. On my main PC, I first removed the secondary pc before adding the new one. Then after installing windows and all updates, I then installed Multiplicity on the secondary computer. Network settings are set to private on both Main and secondary PCs. I am getting this error when trying to add the secondary pc in KVM. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/0/23/23
Great, thanks!
Hi, I was a Multiplicity 3 user for a long time, loved it for the KVM. I upgraded to the 4 version but to my surprise, they took out the KVM option. So, I upgraded again to the pro version, but the billing system did not take into account that I had the version 4 upgrade and billed me the full price. I tried to contact support, but they told me to come on the forum and post this. Can someone look into this? </p
Wow, the patch worked, thanks allot !!
Great, thanks !
Hi, I'm having an issue, to be able to connect to my secondary PC in KVM, the firewall has to be turned off on that PC. I'm not comfortable with this but I can't find a way to get it to work. Anybody knows what to do ? Both PC's are running Windows 10 pro, all up to date and both in a private network.. I have no AV on both machines also, just the basic Windows AV. Thanks !
Great, thank you!!!
Hi, I wanted to know if there is a way to prevent Active Tiles thumbnail previews. I don't want to see them running. I can remove the preview BUT the empty box still shows. Is there a way to deactivate everything all together so that even the empty box does not appear ?? Thank you
