Firewall issues

Hi,

I'm having an issue, to be able to connect to my secondary PC in KVM, the firewall has to be turned off on that PC. I'm not comfortable with this but I can't find a way to get it to work. Anybody knows what to do ?

 

Both PC's are running Windows 10 pro, all up to date and both in a private network.. I have no AV on both machines also, just the basic Windows AV.
