Large please. Or larger. I would play on smaller maps but half the land is taken up with throw-away "cliffs" along the ocean. Those tiles are absolutely pointless and should be removed (see Elementerra).

Any individual that ever feels compelled to litigate over a computer game is probably in the wrong hobby.
I got Fallout 3 GOTY for $4.99. I already owned Fallout 3 and all the DLC (from GFWL) but didn't feel like bothering with discs and GFWL anymore, so I bought it again.

I like Steam. I'll even buy games I already own just to have them on Steam. I can't be bothered with physical media anymore.
I'd also like to see 'share world map' back too
You can save the world map from the save game menu. Not sure if that buys you what you're looking for or not...
So the expansion for Civ 5 Gods and Kings is out today. Think its worth the 29.99 they're asking?
Only if you liked Civ 5 going in. If you didn't like Civ 5, this isn't going to change your mind.
I suppose the original Romance of the Three Kingdoms was my gateway drug. Civilization cemented my habit. Thanks Sid.
I think a big problem is illustrated in some of the posts here. Multiplayer is probably used by 10% or less of the player base for a TBS game, and of that less-than-10% there is no consensus on the "best" way to implement it. So for the money involved you'd only be satisfying some fraction of 1/10th of your customers. Not worth it when you could implement something cool for the 90% instead.

Free to play done right: http://riseofflight.com/ The free game is fully functional and receives ongoing support/development; you can add more planes/campaigns/etc. as you see fit, and can get bundles of planes/campaigns/etc. for a reduced price.
