I have a save game of when I hit the end turn button it locks up in the sense the button does not stop being greyed no matter how long you wait. However you can click on objects like planets and get stats and such so it is only partly 'locked up' I suppose. I need to kill it in task manager which does not report it as non-responsive which I suppose it technically correct. If anyone from SD would like me to send you the save game file let me know where to send it to.

I have had impulse detect certain games I bought via DVD and make available via download automatically. Other games it does not. Could someone explain why only some games are and is it possible to get it to detect my other games? Games I have in mind are Fallout3, Dragon Age would be awesome for it to detect. Thanks!

Well if it was hacked then odds are one of the following is true. 1. Your PC is compromised with a trojan. What virus and spyware software are you using? Hi there while I am certainly not putting any blame on SD I thought just FYI I'd post what happened so if another customer has a similar exp you perhaps can steer them in the right direction. Per your suggestion I got into a live chat with EA support. Long story short he tells me win7 nor 64bit are officially supported with DA. Which to me makes 0 sense. Because you know... only a handful of people used win7 or/and 64bit... *sarcasm* None the less this is what I had to do... u

I clearly stated I turned my virus scanner off in my tkt, guess what they asked me to do in their reply to me? Yup. Sorry for the duplicate reply, although often times adding exceptions will yield different results than disabling altogether (as a former Avast user myself, this probably isn't your case as Avast has the "turn off everything" mode, but useful for the sake of othe

I may simply abandon impulse for steam if this can't get resolved soon on top of getting a refund.

I have the same MD5 error when trying to install Star Trek Online. I turned off virus scanner, defragged, ran a mem test overnight with no issues. So whats my next step? Either I want a quick fix or I want a refund and I'll go buy it at GameStop. I am fustrated I bought a game 2 days ago and I can't play the damn thing. Win7 64bit 4 gig RAM AMD x4 945
