Ok, found out, it will apply some skins and not others. I have the trial version on my XP side and used the VistaXP skin that allows the "aero glass" effect. My computer's video card doesn't support aero glass in Vista so I wanted to install the VistaXP skin in WB on Vista, but it will not apply the skin.
I am using the Trial version of WB6 on Vista Ultimate. I installed WB and when I try to apply a skin, it would go to Windows Classic theme then back to the default Vista theme and then closes down. I have uninstalled, checked for any left over registry entries, made sure everything was gone, then reinstalled it. Same problem.
