In Windows 7 If you right click on a icon for a program then choose Properties then click on the Compatibility tab at the bottom there is a check box at the bottom that Says "Run this Program as a administrator" There is also a button that allows you to set the rights for all users.

I have always used icon packager to remove the little shortcut arrow on desktop icons but, with the latest update It shows that it changed it but all the icons still have the arrow on them . Any Suggestions? Edit: This seems to have corrected itself after 2 logoffs and logons

I have tried all the suggestions given in the numerous posts on this subject and nothing worked but, yesterday I found a way to correct this problem through trial and error since working with Support has gotten me no where on this problem. Steps I took to fix this Problem 1. Open Fences configuration window choose tools at the bottom choose more tools and uncheck enable fences. 2. Go to Start Menu find the fences icon and right click and choose run

I am using Windows 7 Professional and it is by far the most stable version of windows I have used. I never made the move from XP to Vista simply for fact that I didn't want to spend the money but, after hearing the crap every one was saying about it I was glad I didn't lay out the money. I was quick to try the Windows 7 Beta and then the release client. Then I bought as soon it was released and haven't looked back since.
On a practical note: Just realize that maybe SD has an exclusive contract with Dell for that feature....so they might not be able to give it to us.
This Feature is not exclusive to the Dell Dock it is also part of Impulse Dock already!
