As of Groupy's beta 1.02, the above scripts is probably not needed anymore. At least on my Finnish keyboard layout the new versions seems to work properly! :)

Neil, thanks - wasn't aware of the backwards option with Ctrl modifier! Until the new version comes out, this modified AutoHotkey workaround-script gives the feature to those that can not produce the required keyboard combination yet.
