I have the same problem with Yahoo Jukebox. In WIndow Vista, the jukebox doesn't skin properly when opened and then crashes and closes with an error (can't remember what it was). I haven't tested it in XP. I didn't see a "per app" ability in WB 6. Will this be coming in future versions?
I'd like one too, please....nikki8517@yahoo.com. Thanks a bunch!
Never mind. I figured it out!
Hi everyone: I accidentally d Stardock Central tray monitor out of my startup menu. Can anyone tell me how to get it back in there? I don't see any options to do this within the SC program. I'm lost without it! Thanks so much! [Message Edited]

Thanks, fOr3, that did it. I am forever in your debt!!!
Hi all: I downloaded and installed two objects that I can't seem to delete. One is a spring clock (White Clock/Net Meter), the other a little cat (Necko Black). Both objects follow my cursor. My question is, how do I delete them? I have no problem deleting other objects by just right clicking and hitting delete object, but I don't get the delete object ability when right clicking on these two little buggers. They just don't want to go away. I've even totally deleted them out of Desktop X objects
This is the way I handle the Rainlendar skins: I unzip the Rainlendar skin to a temporary folder. Then I drag this unzipped skin folder into the Rainlendar skin folder. I've found that after doing this, I need to close Rainlendar and restart it in order for the new skin to appear in the skin selection list. I handle Sysmetrix the same way...the only difference is that Sysmetrix does not have to be closed and restarted for the skin to appear in the list. Hope this helps.
Windowblinds Cursor XP Icon Packager WMP Sysmetrix Wallpaper Rainlendar Logon Studio - I don't use it but I'm thinking of trying it soon. Winstyles - would also be nice, but since it's easy enough to put the suite together myself,it's not really necessary.

Try this from Doug Knox. I have it and it works. You can give IE any name that you desire. Your anti-virus software might identify it as a malicious script, but it's not. http://www.dougknox.com/utility/scripts/chgietitle.vbs If you want to check out the website first go here: http://www.dougknox.com/

I'm on the east coast and the test I took is from a server in Los Angeles, Ca.I'm going to find out how to get the east coast test (something about using tool points). Whatever it is, I'm extremely happy with Roadrunner and have been for over 2 years. I'm a former AOL user and I don't want to tell you all what I think of it 'cause you're liable to exile me.

I've had the same problem with SDC discussion for about a week now. I also have to use the WC browser. Everything else in SDC works fine. I've e-mailed Stardock but have gotten no response. Unfortunately, they hardly ever respond to my e-mail queries. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmidd
Try adding your e-mail program to the "Per Application" exclusions within Window Blinds. Hope that helps.
Thanks, Brazil...that did the trick. Still a bit weird though....everything is listed in reverse order, that is, from oldest to newest even though I request "date created".
A very strange thing happened with skins and themes in the browser. I refreshed the library database. It looked as if it was downloading all of the newest files, but when it finished, nothing was there and everything was lost. It had the list of all of the various components....windowblinds, winstyles, sysmetrix, etc., etc., but when I clicked on each of them, absolutely nothing was there to be viewed. I tried restarting the browser...nothing, I even tried restarting my computer....nothing. All
brazil - I also updated through component manager and, like you "lost" all of my skins. WB is now located in the Stardock folder in program files. Take a look in the Object desktop folder - windowblinds - and you'll find all of your skins. Just copy them to the new WB skins folder and you'll be good to go. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Powered by SkinBrowser!"
Thanks, feline. I wish I had known that prior to installing WB3.98, and a few other programs as well, via SC. My only other option is to go back to WB 3.90e through Component Manager. I'm definitely not going to do that since 3.95 and above are completely revised. I'll just have to bear with the beeping and hope it's corrected in the next version. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 AL
Yes. When I unloaded WB, no beeps. Reload, beeps return. In fact, if you look on the Stardock Window Blinds newsgroup, Subject - "Mozilla and 3.98, plus a new bug" (post date - 3/18), there are a few people who have this same problem.
I'm enjoying using Stardock Central but there's one very useful ability that Component Manager has that SC doesn't. If I installed a beta program, and had some trouble with it, Component Manager allowed me to go back to a previous version. Correct me if I'm wrong, but SC doesn't allow for this, or does it? I don't know if anyone on this discussion forum has had the newest beta of Window Blinds cause a beeping sound when making some changes in display properties, as I have had, but I would like t
Thanks, brazil...will do.
