Is it best to uninstall v0.92 prior to installing v0.93 or can we just install one over the other?

I'm having trouble with Stardock Central. Since yesterday, every time I try to open it, I get a "Login Failed". IS anyone else having this problem, or is it just me?

I also love Object Desktop ( I also use just a few of the many components) and all that goes along with it. All the folk at Stardock and Win Customize, and all of you super skinners.....you're all the greatest!!!!!
