I doubt Stardock will implement the ctrl+w shortcut override as it would interfere with default application use. I agree about the hide the close button (and override the middle mouse action too!) though.

In 1.01 you have a (confusing) 4 menu options to set each tab color depending on the windows focus state. Focused active/inactive and unfocused active/inactive. If you want to completely control the colour scheme of groupy you have to setup each color there for each state. The white background was bugging me too in previous version but it's gone now. I agree on the new tab thing, I caught myself trying to create a new one but it made no sense since it wasn't a single application. But adding a recently used apps menu would make it a thing.

Windows 10 v1703, middle click doesn't work with both combine and always above. The color options don't hold with the option of tabs above titlebar either. Middle click on tabs to close them doesn't seem to work here. Anybody with this issue ? It looks more solid than it was the last version... Another request if I may: the colors options are weird, basically no matter what you select as active/inactive tabs doesn't actually apply...
