The main screen (the one in the video) is 3840x2160 with a 250% scale. The secondary screen is 2560x1600 with a 150% scale.

Hi basj, As I said above, this is an issue with Windows 10 , not Windows 11 and indeed I was unable to reproduce it on Windows 11 as well. That said, I followed you're instructions, uninstalling Start11v2, rebooting and reinstalling from a fresh download with the same behavior occuring afterwards.

I've noticed inconsistent start menu background image behavior on Windows 10 in my multiple monitor setup with windows multi monitor taskbar enabled and Start11v2. If I apply a settings change, then open the start menu on the main display, I see the background correctly.
