The drop target window still has issues. It almost always doesn't get dismissed properly. This happens around 70% of the time. Freshly formatted Windows 11 22621.1928 Latest Groupy beta. This was displayed for about 3 minutes long after I closed the group.

Yeah I do plan on doing a dump however I'm going to try a format. I have some other major issues that require it. In fact it's so bad even system restore is broken. It is quite possible that's the problem here with groupy as well. I only mentioned it in case others has experienced it as well. I'll keep you informed on how it goes.

Confirmed the tasbar button seperation has been fixed. I still have the issue with the bar and tabs vanishing on min/max/restore but I suspect a different culprit. The tray still flashes when buttons are removed (see video above) in centered mode.

You can hold the shift key while clicking restart to boot into safe mode and then delete the folder. after you reboot you should be able to reinstall

Yes after your subscription expires you will not get new versions yet you can still continue using the version you have it will not stop working on you.

The tray icon bug I reported earlier is still there and also the peek preview for taskview is left aligned instead of center above the button

Watching your video I can see the tray items removing and then reappearing as you close windows. You can see your IME (ENG|INTL) Icon vanish and then reappear with each window you close. EDIT: I'm going to try playing around a bit more to see if I can narrow down a cause.

I would just like to add that in the case of Start11 MSFT completely rewrote explorer so it shares almost no code whatsoever with previous versions. This means a huge rewrite of Start* to support new features as well as making it work period. I can understand how moving from Start10 to Start11 would be major. EDIT: I just realized the OP is referring to Groupy. While the above is true Groupy also relies on explorer and also adds a ton of new options.

So as far as I can tell the save bug occurs after you save a group a second time. The first time you save a group the filename is listed using the full path (Left side of ss) If you change the group (tabs, size, pos, etc...) and click "Save group" again you end up with only the filename (right side of SS). This will leave you with a new group with no name (.groupy) and the original unchanged (test.groupy) group. See attached SS. I still would wish for auto updating especially fo
