I have been struggling to find a way to change the overlay icon that WinXP uses for offline files (files on a server or other location that are marked "make available offline"). WinXP's default overlay is an ugly white box with two blue arrows that appears on the bottom right of the icon of every file that is available offline. Overlays for shortcuts and shared files are easily changeable through various methods, but I can find nothing similar for the offline file
