Skinnable Virus Scanner!!!! in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Don't know how many of you know this. But I found a virus scanner that you can skin. It's called AVAST! and you can get it at www.avast.com It's free, and works great! Just thought I'd pass that on. I'd do a news submit, but I'm a terrible writer as you can probably see. So someone else can do that if they wish. l8r

I think what you are missing here, when talking of court cases and such, is that the post master who stamped the document/manuscript/ect. only needs to verify the date stamped on said item. the item itself is proof of the work done. eg. someone writes a jingle for foot powder, he then take the jingle in it's completed form to the postmaster in his area and gets it stamped for proof of date. I don't see what this has to do with a skinning site. And not to get things stirred up, but...I still don't get the connection between Iraq, and 9/11. Not saying the Iraq thing is right or wrong, just could someone explain the connection. I thought Bin Laden in Afganistan was the 9/11 mastermind (if one can use that term). Just wondering.

Even though I can see fault in the try before you buy reasoning (radio stations are providing the snippets of music) so you don't really have to download. true, but windows also has icons you can changes as well. But we still use icon packager. Would be kinda nice to see some sound schemes to go with the themes/winstyles here at wincustomize. Sounds are a par of (win)dows to customize.

I don't remember for sure, cause it's been a while since I used Litestep. But I think there was a plugin called transparent.dll or something. It could make anything semi-transparent. I remember making some theme for myself using a transparent popup. check the litestep sites
