The Office suite (and some other applications) use their own skinning engine and WB will not affect those. It will however skin most applications made for Windows and will skin Modern applications.

If the two PCs are on the same network you could create a Portal/Folder fence to a location on the network I have a directory in \\StardockServer\PublicDirectory\MyDirectory that has files I want to share and all the PCs I use have a portal fence to that.

What build number of Windows are you using? (You can find out by running "winver" when you are able to get to Windows) How long have you let it sit?
