Fences 2 is not getting any more updates.

The title will move to the bottom of a fence if the fence is near the top of the monitor. There is no option to set it where to go. I am not sure I understand your second issue. Can you post a screenshot on the web and link to it here?

The current version is 3.04 and the current beta is 3.05. I would try one of those (purchase is necessary for the beta if you do not own it but there is a trial of 3.04 available for free)

Your key (removed from your post above) is for Fences 2. You are installing Fences 3. They have differing keys.
