Recently purchased Windows 8 and came here to buy Start8 to replace the start menu. Turns out I registered here in 2004! beats my other 2 forum accounts registered in 2006. That's all.

In the Control Panel of Start8 I selected the option "Windows key shows Windows 8 menu" under the category "What should happen when you are on the Desktop". So when I hit the windows key it goes to Windows 8 menu, which is fine. But when I hit the key again to hide the Windows 8 menu it hides the menu (returning to the desktop) and then the Start8 menu pops up. Why is the Start8 menu appearing when I hit the Windows key twice? Could it not do that? I have to close the Start8 m
