Just installed 22H2 and did not get this issue. Had Start 10 updated to Start 11. Also running WindowBlinds 11 beta. Other than taking a longer time to download and install (big update) all went normal.

Which product did you purchase?
If the email for AliPay is different than your email for Stardock then use this to transfer the registration to the Stardock account. https://www.stardock.com/accounts/registrations/ If the emails are the same then you will have to wait for Stardock support to check the issue out.
Did you purchase with PayPal? If so, is the email the same as your Stardock email?

It should appear shortly in the Gallery. For some reason it was set for Personal Gallery only.
