Click the "View Individual Downloads" below the ObjectDesktop Manager and the list of applications you have will show up. DesktopX should be there. If not you will need support to get back to you and AzDude has initiated that request.

Did clicking on View Individual Downloads work for you?

This is a known issue which has been reported in several other posts. https://forums.stardock.com/490845/page/1/#3725426 There is no fix at this time.
I'm sure support will be able to take care of this when they return to work tomorrow morning.

I'm not sure about purchases through steam. That will require someone from Stardock to respond to. One of our Stardock Community Assistants will most likely forward this to Stardock support. You should get a response tomorrow.
