Back in the day, it was all done through Desktop X.
Should still work the same way now on Win 7. Click the "View Individual Downloads" below the ObjectDesktop Manager and the list of applications you have will show up. DesktopX should be there. If not you will need support to get back to you and AzDude has initiated that request.
Here is a list of my downloads. You will see that I must have downloaded Object Desktop a long while in the past, because that subscription is expired, but I have a new subscription with 352 days left. This may not be helpful, but I thought I'd post it anyway. Reduced 90% <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/31/79/317909

This is a known issue which has been reported in several other posts. https://forums.stardock.com/490845/page/1/#3725426 There is no fix at this time.

I'm sure support will be able to take care of this when they return to work tomorrow morning.
You had them remove the wrong ticket from my queue.
No we didn't. Support merged the tickets so that they only have 1 to work on. You need to have a bit of patience with this and as I mentioned in a previous post - Support tickets are answered on a first come first served basis. In order to keep your position in the queue, please do not send another email until you hear from a support tech.</s
