Skin skipped moderation!

It was too speedy for the Moderators

Wow! My skin 'SpeedyPC for Pentium 4' ran away from the moderators. The skin is updated (the preview, comments etc.) and no mail in my mailbox. It appeared instantly! Is this a sign? Or bad?

It appeared INSTANTLY, with no mail

After an hour it disappeared, and was just moderated
