Taskbar Not Active After Hibernation

Running latest Win 11 and latest version of Start11 with taskbar on right side of main screen and left side of second screen.

Annoying Problem:

Taskbar is inactive after coming out of the hibernation. The taskbar displays correctly, just can't be accessed. Requires a reboot to recover.

The clock doesn't even work until a reboot.
