How to get this nice clock in Win XP

Hello,

Does anyone knows how to get such a nice clock like in Copperdeck_II.
I have the files on my PC.There is a SysMetrix.ini , a HOOG0553.TTF and a few more files,but I don't know what to do with it.

Can anybody help me??
