Well now there's a newer version of the same idea, it's called Gunbound.

Unlike the original tank wars, Gunbound can be played online in real time against other users!

You must download the software to play gunbound, and you also must register.

Well darn, can someone post those images for me?

In order to play gunbound you must make sure that you have the most up to date version of directx installed, and that you have the latest drivers for your graphics card.
