Unable to drag icon into fence

New install of v6. I can create a fence, but cannot add anything from the desktop to the area. I've reinstalled a couple of times, but still no joy.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more details on what you mean by "cannot add anything from desktop to the area".

  • Area, mean the fences area?
  • What error came up or it just fall back to its desktop location?
  • Do you have any previous Fences version installed?

Also, please turn on Advance Logging (and reboot), recreate the issue, move any icon into the Fence, if fail, Create error report package and send it for Support to review them. Refer below screenshot below for steps.
