NEED HELP!!!... how to change taskbar height in skinstudio

I have been playing around with it, but i can't seem to figure out how to change the taskbar height in skinstudio... some skins have wider taskbars while others have realtively thin taskbars... if anyone knows how to change the taskbar size, please tell me!!

I have found that if you increase the size of the start button or the quickstart buttons then the taskbar expands proportionatly (spell?). The taskbar buttons will also expand it.

Actually the height of the toolbar is determined by the 'Content Margins' (top & bottom) of the Taskbar Bottons

It's not the proximity but the size - my fingers are bigger than the keys, I'm always pressing two together (or maybe I'm just clumsy).
