The first screen snapshot shows that I have added enough leaders to get to a 103.6% discount when buying at the Galactic Bazaar.

The second screen snapshot shows the cost of buying Arnor Spice at the Galactic Bazaar.

Mathematically, a 103.6% discount should mean that the Galactic Bazaar should pay me 3.6% of the normal price.  At the least, when I reach a discount of 100%, everything should be free.  Since this is plainly not the case, can someone please explain how the Bazaar Discount works?

Ill have to ask and follow up, but I believe its a situation where 100 percent equates to half off. This definitely needs to be looked at though

I tested your belief that 100% equates to half off by adding enough leaders to get over 200% as shown in the first screen snapshot below under the theory that, if 100% equates to half off, then 200% should equate to free.  However, when I went to the Galactic Bazaar, things were not free as shown in the second screen snapshot below.

I'll be interested to hear what the devs tell you.
