What the? Just got Stardock Central. How do you recolor Icons?

I must be retarded because I just renewed my subscription and I can't figure out how to recolor icons. I checked icon packager. D'Oh!

And Skin Studio pro is not showing up on Stardock central.

It's a program called Icon Developer, Jarget. It should be available to you via SC.
