Not Working?

Themes not showing up

Hey everyone. I hope everyone is healthy and having a good year so far. Question: The themes are not showing up in the list. I do see them in the directory though. What should I do.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know is this a new install? New OS upgrade or update? Was it working before? What happened between working and not working? More details please.

Not a new install. Since M$ is always updating and having issues, that may be the culprit. However... Maybe Stardock should keep up (patches) to make sure the software is functional.

So yea.... It worked before. I recently noticed it a few months ago. Same goes with the "soundpackager" which has been longer than that. I know this sounds negative & disrespectful but... I don't see myself spending any more money on the products you appear you don't care about.

I have blinds and Stardock will update it occasionally but... Again.... It just seems you neglect your other products

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
