I took piano lessons for 7 yrs, I taught myself guitar/bass and have played for 13 yrs or so. My biggest regret (oddly enough) was never taking cello lessons

I played guitar (in church-3 yrs.),a little keyboard, was learning alto sax, bass guitar, harmonica, and had a set of drums way back when. We have a violin that we've been meaning to get to.

Guitar for 20 years. But I don't play nearly as much as I did. I hardly touch my guitars anymore. A shame. Maybe I'll pick it back up one of these days.

I've played clarient for about 20 years and play 1st clarient with a community concert band. I also play tenor sax and played 2nd tenor with a local jazz band but there isn't enough time for both.

My oldest daughter just finished her grade 6 piano and my youngest passed her grade 2 clarinet with first class honours after only 1 year playing. Proud dad? you bet!

I played clarinet for 11 yrs, but haven't touched it since a couple years after high school. Not even sure where it is, but I know I couldn't hold a note, or hardly play it lol.
I also played violin for 4 years.
Taught myself to play two songs on the piano with both hands (but that doesn't really count I suppose).

Now I just play my armpit, and can making a popping sound with my mouth. lol

Guitar (forever) and sousaphone, aka tuba, (although a true tuba is a different animal) when I was in high school. Never marched with the tuba though, I was drum major during marching season. Only played it during concert season.

Took 2 yrs Piano lessons in 1968. Have 2 keyboards. Started Drums in 1970. Haven't played in 20 yrs. Took up guitar lessons for a couple of yrs in 1971. Played in a couple bands. Have a Marshall stack an Ibanez JS1000, a Jackson Stealth Xl Professional, an Ovation Celebrity, an Epiphone Les Paul Gold Top (limited edition) and a Johnson acoustic. And lots of pedals. Still play all the time. Drives the family nuts.

Guitar since I was 8. I'm 48 now. I play most styles of music on a Martin D-45 (old, old, old, old, but sounds real sweet). I also play bass guitar on a '67 Gibson SG longneck.
