Cannot Adjust Size of Fences

Need some help

Running 3.0.3 on a Windows 10 and the Fences all went away today. I double clicked and got no change and then did a screen refresh and the fences returned for a few seconds and then disappeared again. Next, I did a reset and the fences all came back, but I can no longer change the size or even move the fences.

Thanks for any suggestions!

OK now, seems that the Fences got locked somehow. Right click, View, Lock Fences and things are fixed.

I would have never thought to look at the desktop view option. I didn't even know Fences could be locked. Thanks for the heads up.
