Ship designer reporting wrong hull points.

Ok on a cargo hull I had u sed 93 points out of 99, and I dried to install life support which is 5 hull points and it wouldn't let me. So I tried redesigning the ship by romoving my hyperdrive,

and installed life supports, so I had used 90 points out of 99 when it didn't let me install another life support. I'm sure this is a bug.

I would have to see a save to be sure, but you may have a bonus, or penalty that is effecting ship mas that is making those components have none rounded weights, and the UI may not be making that clear, This is something we need to address.   

If you want to provide more information, we can see if this is the case.
