ok i saved the serial number that i got a long time ago

for windowblinds 3.5( it wouldnt be that long ago)

and then i saved the serial number. few daies later i lost my email account somehow.

and now i need that cause i want the enchanted version of windowblinds3.5. but what do i need to do with only the serial number..

help me please.

and 1 thing , i sended a email a week ago to the windowblinds thing where u write ur old and new email.

i wrote it correctly but there wasnt any reply for a week.

so i wish someone could help me..T.T

Is the email account you used when you first ordered WindowBlinds gone completely?
If not try doing this https://www.stardock.com/support.asp

If the account is gone I will try to find out what you can do.

If you haven't done it yet, #2 would be your way to go most likely. I'd email sales@stardock.com and talk to them directly about getting everything squared away!

Bump...

I believe that @SangY@k does not have the original address that she ordered WindowBlinds with and has said that she mailed Stardock without reply.


@SangY@k, did you include the original email address "I know you cannot use it" in the email that you sent to Stardock? They then could at least match it up and then maybe send the serial# to your new address.

I know that you will receive a response since it will basically go to me.

You need to include your old email address, new email address and full physical address to get your email address updated.

Have you tried using your new email address in the lookup? If you sent a request to sales, it's possible that they changed it and forgot to email you. They are usually quite quick with updating information.
