registration problem

Hello!

My trial version is done, I have a licensed version, but can't registered from my PC.

message: Your registration have been locked up but no purchases for this application have been found!

In the order history I see start8, in my dowload Start8 not show

It looks like you got activated after you made this post.

For anyone else experiencing this, when you sign into your account here https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/orders you will see a 'Download Product Key Status (.csv)' link. When you click on that and download/open the file, you will find your product key to activate the product. The product key will look like this format: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

When you go to activate Start8, you will select the 'I have a serial number' option, as seen here: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/403/0/how-do-i-activate-start8

Enter in the product key and your email and the product will activate.
