Start Menu redirection

Hi there,

 

I've installed Start8 on a 2012 R2 Terminal (RDS) Server and in the main it works well. However, it will occasionally not show the redirected start menu we use via GPO. It's very random & according to the Windows eventlog, it's redirecting fine... Is there anything I can look at to find out why this is happening?
