Operation Infinite Justice?

OK, throw the tomatoes this way, I'm ready... but... "Operation Infinite Justice"?
I dunno.. It really has a funny ring to it. Simply "Operation Justice" would have even been better. But oh well, it's not so much the name that matters but the results. Lets wait and see now...

Lifted from Webster's dictionary. Seems appropriate to me.

I dunno. Just doesn't sound serious to me for some reason. Sounds kinda cartoonish, I have images of Dr. Justice and Buzz Lightyears in my head. To Infinity and Beyond!
I would have prefered more agressive sounding names "Operation Desert Srorm" was a good one. I think a name such as "Operation payback" would have been appropriate. Dunno.
But as I said, it doesn't matter the name really, it's what happens that does.

Hehehe! Now I heard on the news that they are going to have to change the name. Apparently some people are outraged and are saying that only God can give Infinite Justice.

i even found 'desert storm' a bit silly (as a name, only.) something about it being too obvious i think. afraid i prefer ops names like overlord and sealion ;]

At least it sounds better than the previous name "noble eagle". They need to open a fresh set of spin doctors to generate some catchy names.
