Problem with SDC logging in...

I can't...er...Stardock Central won't let me log in. It just hangs for a minute or so then tells me to make sure my email and password are correct. I tried the common quick fixes but nothing has worked so far...is it a Stardock problem or my problem? Any ideas are appreciated...

Mine did it too til I turned off 'proxomitron' it was a proxy issue

To the last posters point... We are paying for this service--it is not free... The servers should be up, period.

Failover anyone...?

I have one machine out of 3 with the exact same login info, and two work fine. This one fails to login all the time now. Dunno why yet, tried re-entering all info, and even re-installing SDCentral.

My one wonky machine is now working. Stardock said they were having a problem, and were looking at it this morning. Presumably, it's fixed now....

One of our servers had an issue last night which caused multiple problems.  It is fixed now.

ran sdcentral today...it updated automatically, but on restart, i get the windows 'application error' when it tries to login...

re-running gives me the same error.

if i keep trying i occasionally get a message about my account. but clicking on 'retry' will give me the windows 'application error'

could it be my odnt subscription has expired?

In lower right corner of SDC click reg. info...it will tell you when it expires. It doesn't sound like that though.

Have you tried reinstalling the full version over it (from the downloads page on ObjectDesktop.net)?

Build 209 seems to have caused these error and SDC shutdown.
Re-installing the full version fixed it, and the current build 212
works, but I can't download any skins. All downloads fail.

Under Tools Tab click on 'refresh libraries'. Restart SDC........

If you can see skins but can't d/l them then create this folder:C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\Download. Restart SDC....
