Pre-order processing should be completed within the next five hours. Apologies for the delay, but it's probably for the best - we have enough people flooding the servers anyway (the download speeds are excellent, but it'd be nice to keep it that way).

I am NOT a Beta tester and I HAVE received my e-mail charging me for the game and it has the serial number of the game included in it.  Plus I have downloaded 69% of the game.  I have ordered in mid-July.

Anyone who ordered it but didn't get a confirmation email get their key yet?
