Well, I preordered one week ago and didn't get any conformation amails, can't download anything.

Probably the volume of preorders increased significantly after the release email, and especially in the last few days, so it will probably take a while yet for those of us who ordered more recently.

If you were a beta tester you don't need a Confirm email (at least I did'nt). Just clicked install and it installed.
Sigh.. it's like a draft. A friend told me he got his and he ordered August 1st.

My secret fear is that the people who did not get automated order confirmation emails will somehow not get their payments processed correctly. I got in touch with sales, and they confirmed they had my order (number and all), but the fact that I didn't get the automated email makes me a little nervous.
Just got my email. I didn't get an order confirmation and pre-ordered last week. I am downloading it now 
It seems that the orders are going by type, then date. We're starting in on boxed orders now, back to the oldest (download-only orders should all be processed now).

Is there a certain order for Limited over Normal, or vise-versa? I put in for the limited version quite some time ago and haven't seen anything come across email yet
Knowing my luck, I'll probably be screwed over to last in line or worse...

I did not receive automatic email confirmation when I made the pre-order almost a month ago (like 4 hours AFTER beta closed). Neither have I received automatic email response for the other two games I've purchased via Impulse (I have got a mail for all 3 having contacted customer servince mind you).
I ordered a limited box version and have still to see an email confirming the transaction. My netbank shows it has not taken place yet. I dont like to wait buhuu
I need my key... Need something to spice up my workday. 
Also, when I get the key, will I just insert it somewhere in Impulse and voila! Able to download?
Don't see anything even hinting to my purchase there yet in Impulse. Got the confirmation e-mail back in august 12th though.
