What Size Monitors are You Using?

I have a 22" widescreen and a 19" widescreen for my desktop PC's.  I'm very tempted to replace the 19" with another 22", but I'm still a bit undecided.  I would like the bigger screen, just not sure if it's worth the investment right now.

What size monitors do you have on your desktop, and do you plan to upgrade anytime soon?

I have a 19" ASUS widescreen for my desktop PC. I just bought a new laptop and that one got a 17" widescreen. Both with those new glossy glass screens. I like them a lot.

I use a 22" and a 19" 5:4, which I think works better than pairing up two disparate widescreen displays since they're nearly identical in both physical and resolution height (1050 vs 1024; the extra 26 px on the 22" goes to the taskbar, so it's pretty much perfect). I've thought about picking up another of my 22", but as my desk is only 4ft wide I'd have to figure out a new speaker setup too.

I currently use a standard 19" Samsung 193v LCD at 1280 X 1024 res.

I'll upgrade to something larger whenever widescreens becomes reasonably affordable.

Aloha,

Samsung SyncMaster 305t+ (30") at 2560x1600x32 (it's really for professional writing use; 3 pages at once is rather handy). Cute for games though, if your graphics adapter can handle it (more pixels!).

Umm...'size matters'?

;)

Checking for dead pixel when you buy is good fun though: checking pixel 4 million 300 thousand and 2, 4 million 300 thousand and 3, 4...*ring* Oh hi...wropng number?...no prob have a nice...ARGHGHGH'...Checking pixel 1, pixel 2, pixedl 3....

19" at home, and 24" at work.  I am probably going to upgrade my one at home to a 22" soon (as soon as I finish paying for my wife's teeth. ;) )

HP w1907 19" widescreen flat panel. It's HUGE compared to the 14" CRT I had before!

I've got just a regular 19" flatscreen.  That's probably about the biggest I'll go, as I tend to get migraines from larger monitors.

I have a Samsung SyncMaster 940B that I've been using for quite a while. 19" LCD 1280x1024 resolution. Just picked up an LG W2242T Widescreen LCD at 1680x1050 resolution. I use the new one as my main screen and the older one as the secondary. I love having two monitors. Can't imagine going back to one. The fact they're not both widescreens and have different resolutoins doesn't bother me (but ask me in a few months and I'll probably say something different...)

30" 2560x1600, and I would like to upgrade if there was anything bigger with higher resolution available at a "reasonable" price. I hope my next monitor will be something like a 40", 10 MP curved screen  . If someone would just get around to making one of those...

On the left I have my iMac's built-in 15" LCD at 1024x768, the right is a Samsung 931C 19" 5:4 LCD at 1280x1024, has more pixels than a 19" wide ;)

A Samsung 22" LCD as the primary, and a 37" LCD TV when my eyes get tired.  :O
