Compact Start Menu in WB 6.0

How can I install Compact Start Menu substyle in WB 6.0? I don't see any options to do this...

The skin has to have it as an option/substyle.

I know for sure that the skin has substyles (I've used this skin in WB 5). The problem is I don't see any buttons in WB 6 interface to change this option.

There's a drop down box on the right just below the skin preview where you select substyles.

I don't see any drop-down boxes... Just below the skin preview there are 2 buttons: "Filter by category" and "Skin options".

Do you get the substyle box if you select the yellow classic skin to the right of the one you are trying?

The problem was in using non-latin characters. For example, the default path to the themes folder is "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\(a russian translate of English "Documents")\Stardock\WindowsBlinds). Editing registry solved my problem.
