Avatar..., what the..?

...mmh ok, lets talk about the user level, long time ago i notice that many people that signup to wincustomize.com time ago, like around the year 2001 and 2002, are at least Apprentice.., but now i notice that the only guy who finally submit a skin for Object Bar 2 has a "Avatar(9)" user level.., at the biggining i say: what the...?!?! how can someone could get a Avatar level? ...btw, it's the first time that i saw this level! but now i say "Good for him!" he might do many things to deserve this level....

Avatar is the highest level (I believe) and jmb is user number 25, maybe it's one of Brad's alter egos? I'll take a bump to apprenctice if anyone is interested. (I kid, I kid)

The guy who submittied that OB2 skin is JeffB, the developer behind ObjectBar (among other things).  He's an "Avatar" because he's a Stardock employee.

Upload a new screenshot.

ok im glad this came up, b/c i wasnt sure who or where i should ask. what are the requirements for a "Citizen" moving up the ladder? i've been here for almost 2 years, and have submitted 12 icon packs, 224 misc.icons, 5 objectdock icons and 32 wallpapers. Currently ranked 28th and have been for quite a while and something like 22nd in downloads yesterday. so i ask you, is there a reason my level has not changed or is there something i need to do to change this? or am i just stuck in citizenshiphood forever? any help would be greatly appreciated.....

People do get overlooked, it's not personal     I was in the top ten skinners list, one of the top messageboard helpers etc etc and still a citizen - then look what happened   

There's no way to see user levels without going into someone's profile. It would be nice if 'the powers that be' gave us some more admin tools for viewing such things   

BTW,    to TYCUS and skinhit (might want to change that 'citizen' title )
