system requirements not met when I try to install iconpackager. I have 32mg of ram

I have iconpackager themes on my desktop as a zip file. how do I get them into iconpackager so I can see them and use them

I cant uninstall start8. it is in my stardock program in windows exploere. I have ren forced uninstall with revo. gone into regedit and deleted start8. it is still in windows explorer. the start button opens into the win 8 desktop. I need to get rid of this star8

I have a windowblinds theme with a start menu, when win 8.1 opens, the theme is there in the start menu layout. the theme then vanishes and the start 8 start menu appears. the windowblinds theme wont return until I reboot. how can I keep my start theme and not leas it?

i have been emailing for weeks back and forth, only getting canned answers and not pertaining to me. this is too frustrating to waste all this time on a simple question. when i try to open programs in impulse i get SID not matched error msg. when i get my email of serial numbers now, there are no serial numbers showing , i disagree, we need to talk face to face here. not waiting two days for answers and then have to email again as the answer is a canned one

i simithize with ya, i hate stardock now that there is no phone suppor. seems they got all high and mighty now and no longer care about customers. i have been emailing back and forth for weeks trying to get a problem solved. all i get is auto responsed never an answer to my questions. i am giving up and writing the money off.
