These are the notable settings I used in Snagit 2019 and 2020 - which one needs to capture a cursor.

Win10 Pro version 1909 OS build 18363.720 I've used CursorXP and CursorFX without issue with SnagIt for quite a few years. I was pleasantly pleased that I now see a cursor during system shutdown in Win10 with my upgrade to CursorFX4. However, there are a few screen capture issues with CursorFX4. Also, eventhough IconPackager was and still uninstalled, I found iprepair.dll in the IconPackager program folder. I followed the instruction to unregister it. That was successfull and rebooted.

Hello milovanov, I just finished troubleshooting some problems with IE 6.0 that were at least in part caused by some updates during the past several months. Like you I wanted to find the cause. Besides finding that several Stardock programs interfering with IE, with a lot of help from MS MVP Ramesh Srinivasan on another forum I found a missing iexplore.exe HKEY – among OTHER things. One of the symptoms I found that you did not mention is problems with other programs that
