Check this.... Right Click "MyComputer" > "Properties" > "Advanced" > "Performance" - Then Scroll the box in that window all the way down. Then Verify that the "Use Visual Styles on Windows and Buttons" box is checked. If this doesnt work, then i'm not sure what it could be.
