I won twice on normal and decided to play against gifted opponents. The Altarians were doing a little better than me, 9 colonies vs my 6 and had a few techs on me. Then I met the Thalians and they had 19 colonies and 20-30 techs I had not touched yet. What gives? Were the Thalians glitched to genius?
Seriously, where is the Galcivpedia? The tutorial is rather weak. It didn't show me anything I could have figured out in 5 minutes. It would be nice to have an encyclopedia like listing of building, their affects, exotic materials and their effects. I have a planet with Elerium and it says that it carries a bonus and it looks as if I could build something on it, but what? Simple stuff like this should have been explained.
