Thanks, Basj...I already have it. Doesn't solve this problem, since I have to get to the desktop for the icons (as opposed to having them immediately accessible). I love Fences for solving the clutter issue...but I don't use the desktop to launch apps.

@pelaird Not really...if the apps are on the taskbar they're always visible (so zero clicks away) and if they're grouped, 1 click away. I use Modern...I'll investigate the Windows 11 style. Thanks.
I like to have a lot of icons ready-to-go in my taskbar; does Start 11 have a similar feature to Taskbar Groups? Are they compatible? e.g., I'd like to put all my browsers in a browser group flyout, Office in another, video editing, etc. https://youtu.be/Gd3J8UOIXAw
I just removed all my Fences and recreated them and the problem seems to have vanished...I'd suggest that anyone having the problem try that. I still have logging on in case the issue resurfaces.
Sean: I had this problem on my old HP laptop and now on my brand new Alienware X17. Have done the SFC scan and turned on extended crash reporting. I get this error 80% or so of the time when I hit Windows-P and turn on my multimonitor setup (shared with my work computer, so I need to toggle regularly). Other two monitors are connected via a USB-C Anker hub with 2xHDMI on it. Please provide next steps to share my logs.
Still having issues (brand new laptop, clean Fences install). Seems to only happen when I'm running 2 monitors plus built-in laptop screen. happens randomly and also seems to take down Start11.
