The previous way would leave some icons "behind" so to speak (they would not be updated to the currently applied theme). The new way applies the icons 100% of the time. Please give Impulse a shot again today and let me know if the synchronization worked. We had a synchronization job fail on the server.

IconPackager v4.1 is releasing today, please post questions or requests for help here.
