Okay... the error occurred because I didn't restart my computer AGAIN after fresh reinstallation. Everything's fine now. I apologize for the minor oversight. Thank you for your time and have a great day. For the future... you should add a reminder to update Start11 after updating Windows itself. Some kind of system to detect version incompatibilities or something...
I also use FL studio... the explorator crashes when im dragging samples etc. I have no idea what could it be causing this

Drag and drop doesn't work. When I drag items from an app to the desktop, Windows Explorer crashes. This happens when I hover the cursor over the lower right corner of the toolbar to reveal the desktop.
